Like a mini women’s circle, part community ceremony, part movement class inspired by yoga, somatics and the intuitive free flow arts.
Rooted in the cycles of nature and the female body, movement for the feminine is a deep, devotional and playful space to honour and express the true nature and power of the feminine in all her forms.
Expect a weekly/monthly theme, group connection and intention sharing ritual, then guided spiralling, wave-like movement to music exploring and opening the spine, heart and hips.
The invitation for the breath is to exhale through the mouth, sigh and sound to freely express energy and emotions in a safe space. Depending on the energy of women on the day, class will be soft and sensual or wild, fiery, fun, and empowering. Sometimes it’s all of it. Come as you are and honour that. Every woman leaves feeling more connected to her body, her community and the creative force of her heart and soul.
