Join Emily White for this three part self-healing movement journey. Learn how to gently and safely release tension in your body, settle your mind and connect to your inner wisdom.

1-3pm - Center Studio
This is an opportunity for you to get to know the inner workings of your body and mind as well as learn and practice self-soothing techniques designed to:
- release tension in your body
- improve your posture
- regulate your nervous system
- access deep core support
- relieve nagging aches and pains
- connect to your resilient strength

Week 1. Start Where You Are:
Introduction to somatic movement principles and practices designed to connect you to your body’s natural rhythms through gentle movements guided by your breath
Week 2. Vagus Nerve Harmony
Travel through the pathways of your vagus nerve while exploring movement patterns that allow you to tend and befriend parts of your body that are holding tension
Week 3. Movement as Medicine: Tune into the vital role of your Psoas in promoting fluid and easeful movement in your body.
Weave all that you’ve learned into a self-care practice that will serve to nourish your body, settle your mind and deeply connect you to the wholeness of your being
Emily White is a Holistic Movement Coach. Known for her kind and playful soul, she specializes in crafting movement progressions designed to enhance body awareness, release tension in challenging areas, access deep core support, and infuse resilient strength throughout your body. With a passion for movement and yoga, Emily has amassed over 1000 hours of training through Yoga teacher trainings, somatic movement studies, and personal trainer certifications. Her unique blend of heart, intuition, and skill has been cultivated through a deep understanding and extensive study of her body. Emily's absolute love is in helping individuals rediscover a more joyful and easeful way of inhabiting their bodies and navigating the world.
