Join the founders of True Nature Healing Arts for an inspirational half-day workshop exploring the art of connection. Experience self-reflective yoga, breathwork, mudra practice, guided meditation, yoga Nidra, mantra, a sound bath and Vedanta—the path of self-knowledge.
Bring a journal, sacred object for the altar and wear clothing comfortable for yoga and movement. There will be a break for lunch where you can enjoy the True Nature Organic Cafe or bring your own lunch.

Deva Shantay: Seer and visionary endowed with the gift of intuitive sight, master yoga therapist (E-RYT 500, IYT 1000), Ayurvedic practitioner and chef, advanced medicinal aromatherapist, fine artist and dedicated mother. Deva, or as many call her “Mama Deva,” supports clients in understanding their karmic obstacles so they can discover and live their life purpose. She is able to see her client’s subconscious, bringing awareness to that which is unresolved, suggesting ways for greater alignment, harmony and purpose. Eaden Shantay: Grew up in a family with a deep love for the arts, music, architecture and nature. His father was an award-winning property developer, his mother a modern dancer. Eaden has a life-long passion for personal growth, self-discovery, community and creating sacred space. His areas of study include: western psychology, Native American spirituality, meditation, yoga and Vedanta (the ancient path of knowledge from the yogic tradition).
Deva and Eaden created True Nature Healing Arts Foundation in Carbondale, CO, USA beginning in 2007 and Loma Sagrada (Sacred Knoll) in Nosara, Costa Rica, beginning in 2017. Both their projects have won national and international architecture awards. They presently host retreats centered around conscious living and self-discovery in Colorado, Costa Rica and beyond.
