Join us for our collaboration in playful two-part experience!
Imagine a date night, girls' night or friendly outing that actually brings you closer.
We will start out with a partner workout at MetFix Boise designed to build strength, communication, and trust. With a guided and playful AcroYoga inspired flow that invites connection, laughter, and movement in a whole new way. Then we will walk over to Boise Aerial & Fitness, where we will experience aerial arts and fun. You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of apparatus and movement stations together.
No experience is necessary. Bring a partner, a friend, a family member or come solo and we will pair you up! Be ready for a sense of adventure, and a willingness to try something new.
This is more than a workout - it’s a shared experience.
Limited to 20 participants for an intimate, elevated vibe.
