MOVE: ACTIVATE is a dynamic movement experience blending breath, mobility work, yoga flow, and rhythmic primal elements to fully activate your energy. Expect intentional waves of challenge and intensity designed to awaken strength and presence, followed by guided release to help regulate your body and reset your system.

This practice is accessible to all bodies, with options to meet yourself exactly where you are — whether you’re yoga-curious or experienced.
We close with purposeful grounding, breath, and stillness to align your energy, clarify your intention, and anchor the experience beyond the mat. You’ll leave feeling powerful, steady, fully embodied — and fully A L I V E.
