🔹 If you wear hearing aids, you may find it more comfortable to remove them during the session—sound baths work on a cellular level, so you’ll still receive their benefits.

🔹 If you have a pacemaker, low blood pressure, please consult your physician before attending.

Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 5:00 pm. Please do not knock.
