Mothers and Babies Circle (from 1 month to 1 year old)
Welcome to the weekly gathering hosted by The Nest Doulas.
This heartfelt gathering is dedicated to fostering an honest conversation about motherhood, where our shared experiences are respectfully weaved together in circle. We will explore the tapestry of motherhood, discussing its beautiful messiness, the complexities of relationships, the joys and challenges of parenting, and much more.
This circle is a safe container where mothers can freely share their stories, receive compassion and support instead of criticism or unsolicited advice. It's an invitation to come as you are, with or without your baby, whenever you can. It is always open and always free.
Please note that the circle is designed specifically for moms with babies under one year, as we gather to celebrate their accomplishments and provide recognition and community.
