Morning Waves ~ 5Rhythms @ Saint Mark's Church, NYC

The 5Rhythms is a practice of being in your body that ignites creativity, connection & community. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time.

St. Mark's Church is the second-oldest church building in Manhattan and has supported an active artistic community since the 19th century.

We hold a limited amount of first come first serve tickets at the door. If a class is sold out, please come as early as 8:45am to claim a door ticket. When we have reached capacity, we will close admission. No entry after 10am.

By registering for this class, I agree to and acknowledge the following.I acknowledge that I intend to participate in physical activity and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

I acknowledge that I am first and foremost responsible for my health and well being, and I agree to modify my participation in the workshop as needed to maintain my health and well being.I agree to release Peter Fodera, Ariel Karass and St Mark’s Church from any and all liability related to personal injury or illness that may result from my attendance and participation.
