Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath experience in the peaceful setting of our Big Barn. Surrounded by the beauty of the farm, this late-morning session is the perfect way to slow down and restore balance.

During the session, sound healing practitioner Amy Duncan will guide you through an immersive soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and more—helping quiet the mind and support deep rest.
No experience is needed—just bring yourself and whatever helps you feel comfortable.
What to bring:
✔️ Yoga mat, blanket, or something to lie on
✔️ Pillow and/or extra blankets
✔️ Water and an extra layer if it gets cool
