Hi, I’m Kalynn Frechette, a wellness advocate passionate about guiding individuals to embrace their full power through holistic healing. Over the past five years, I’ve supported countless people on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and transformation through yoga, meditation, and energy work.
I’m thrilled to invite you to this retreat, a space for connection, growth, and renewal. Together, we’ll create memories, build friendships, and nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits.
