Join me for a beautiful relaxing and refreshing Morning Sound Bath at the West London Buddhist Centre. Let the soothing crystal sounds wash over you and help you start your day feeling calm and centered. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge in a peaceful, welcoming space. Treat yourself to a moment of calm and start your day feeling restored and re-set.

Event Details:

The class will take place in the downstairs shrine room.

You are welcome to arrive from 10am.

Please wear something comfortable that you are able to relax in. Yoga matts and bolsters provided. Bring a jumper or warm layer to keep you cosy.
