GROW Healthy Kids’ 10th Anniversary Morning of Wellness: A celebration of movement, community, and whole-person healthFor ten years, GROW Healthy Kids has worked to ensure every child has access to the tools and opportunities they need to thrive. This November, GROW invites our partners, families, and champions to celebrate this milestone with us in a morning filled with joy, connection, and movement.
Event Details
• Date / Time: Saturday, November 15, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / Sign-In Opens: 8:15 AM
• Location: Reiter Park, Longwood (Seminole County)
What to Expect
The Morning of Wellness will feature six dynamic fitness clinics, including:
• Running, yoga, and dance, with special guest host Alexa Lorenzo, WFTV anchor
• Ball handling clinics led by local professional teams: Orlando Magic, Orlando City, Orlando Pride, and the Orlando Squeeze
Note: Ball handling clinics require on-site check-in and time assignment. Registration is first-come, first-served with limited capacity per session.

• Access to free community resources promoting family health, safety, and wellness
• A welcoming, inclusive space for families of all backgrounds to explore simple, joyful ways to stay active at home, in neighborhoods, and across communities
