In this experiential workshop, you'll not only understand why pain persists, but you'll be guided through an extended somatic practice and deep relaxation experience to begin releasing it at the root.

What to wear/bring:
- bring something to write and take notes.
- wear comfortable clothing. Layers are helpful as body temperatures tend to drop during slower practices.
