Join Magnolia Lead Yoga Teacher Bevalie Pritchard and Chiropractor Erin White of 100% Chiropractic for an informative workshop to better understand the Holistic Harmony of Yoga and Chiropractic for Optimal Health.

This workshop will focus on structural alignment, mind/body connection and posture improvement using gentle yoga asanas, in a restorative theme, combined with Dr White’s professional knowledge of overall health of the spine, pain relief, mobility and overall well being.
