Morning Movement & Meditation: Sound Bath

This 30-minute sound bath is a calming, immersive experience designed to help you release stress, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself. Participants will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state while being bathed in soothing vibrations from sound bowls and other healing instruments.
