Release the Work Week Evening Sound Bath

Release the Work Week is facilitated by Ananda “Bliss” Kenboya, Restorative Soundscape Preistess and founder of The Inner Soul Vibration, offering sound bath experiences designed to support stress release, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest.

This immersive sound experience invites you to release accumulated stress, mental noise, and physical tension through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and intentional sound.

As we step into 2026, this offering is being curated as a regular monthly experience at East Bay Church, held on the third Friday of each month, creating a consistent space to pause, breathe, and restore.

Whether you’re coming straight from work or arriving ready to exhale, this session offers a grounding container to let go of the week and reconnect with yourself.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter. Our ticketing reflects values of care, access, and shared restoration. Please choose the option that feels aligned for you.

What to Bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Consider bringing yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask, bolster
• An open heart and any intention you may wish to set

Allow yourself to rest, reflect, and recharge in community. All are welcome to find a moment of peace and healing.

Location & Details
The event will take place at East Bay Church of Religious Science, 4130 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, CA. Please refer to the FAQs for details on parking and location. For day-of questions, feel free to call or text 510-992-1101 until 7:05 PM.

Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled event time. Check-in with your name upon arrival. Please note that all ticket sales are final and to maintain the integrity of the experience, doors will close 5 minutes after the start of the event.

Timing & Registration

Arrive as early as 6:30PM to check in and get settled.

Space is limited, so early registration is recommended! Ticket pricing is based on a love offering. We have provided investment tiers for your consideration You can also pay more or less. No one is turned away for lack of funds. We do ask you to register in advance as we expect to sell out. We will accept cash, Zelle or Venmo at the door.

Looking Ahead:
In addition to Release the Work Week, a daytime sound bath on the second Saturday of each month will be launching soon — offering a softer, daytime restorative experience. More details coming.
