Release the Work Week is facilitated by Ananda “Bliss” Kenboya, Restorative Soundscape Priestess and founder of The Inner Soul Vibration, offering immersive sound bath experiences designed to support stress release, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest.

Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and intentional sound, this experience invites you to soften accumulated stress, quiet mental noise, and release physical tension in a supportive community setting.

As we move through 2026, this gathering is being held as a recurring monthly offering at East Bay Church on the third Friday of each month, creating a consistent space to pause, breathe, restore, and reconnect.

Whether you are arriving straight from work or simply seeking a moment to exhale, this experience offers a grounding container for reflection, replenishment, and release.

A limited number of community-supported Sacred Seva service exchange spaces are available to help keep these gatherings accessible.

Sacred Seva II — Service Exchange

This Sacred Seva offering is available through a light service exchange. Participants support the experience through set-up and/or gentle breakdown assistance in exchange for a complimentary ticket.

Service may include helping with cushions, chairs, lighting, or other simple event support. Volunteers arrive early and/or stay briefly after the gathering. Instructions and guidance will be provided.

If you feel called to participate through Sacred Seva, please contact us directly for coordination before reserving your space. Email us at [email protected] and include your phone number. Once we connect and confirm the exchange, you will receive a code to reserve your ticket.

This is an offering of presence, reciprocity, and community care through service.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for check-in and settling in. The sound bath begins promptly at 7:00 PM, and doors will close at 7:05 PM to preserve the integrity of the experience.

Please check in with your name upon arrival. For day-of questions, feel free to call or text 510-992-1101 until 7:05 PM.

Space is limited and advance registration is encouraged. While no one is turned away for lack of funds, we kindly ask that participants register in advance whenever possible. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo will also be accepted at the door.
