Sound Bath: A Time For Me

You’re invited to a session of restoration and nourishment—for body, mind, and spirit.

A Time for Me is a monthly offering dedicated to rest, renewal, and emotional ease. Through the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, grounding breathwork, and intentional relaxation, you are invited to slow down, soften your shoulders, release what you carry, and reconnect with your inner well-being. This session supports nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and the sacred act of making time for yourself.

After the sound bath, we’ll gather for a short, heart-centered conversation about wellness and nourishing the body temple from within. You’ll also have the chance to sample a few light offerings that support vitality and well-being.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.

What to Bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Consider bringing yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask, bolster
• An open heart and any intention you may wish to set

Allow yourself to rest, reflect, and recharge in community. All are welcome to find a moment of peace and healing.

Location & Details
The event will take place at East Bay Church of Religious Science, 4130 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, CA. Please refer to the FAQs for details on parking and location. For day-of questions, feel free to call or text 510-992-1101 until 1:05 PM.

Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled event time. Check-in with your name upon arrival. Please note that all ticket sales are final and to maintain the integrity of the experience, doors will close 5 minutes after the start of the event.

Arrive by 12:30PM to check in and get settled.

Space is limited, so early registration is recommended! Ticket pricing is based on a love offering. We have provided investment tiers for your consideration You can also pay more or less. No one is turned away for lack of funds. We do ask you to register in advance as we expect to sell out. We will accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App at the door.
