Join us for an afternoon of movement, laughter, connection and good vibes as The Mum Guilt Dropout CIC celebrates one year of creating spaces where women can show up as more than one thing.
You'll be sweating and working those abs,
But we’ll also be celebrating ourselves, making new connections, boosting our confidence and reminding ourselves that we’re allowed to take up space too.
Whether you’re a mum, sister, friend or all of the above, this event is your reminder that you don’t have to choose just one version of yourself.

A fun, beginner-friendly Ass, Abs & Arms workout led by Body By Lu designed to leave you feeling stronger, energised and accomplished.
