Moonlight Flow: Vinyasa Yoga & Group Meditation

Each Thursday evening at Rising Moon Studios, step into a cozy space where movement and stillness meet. This weekly class begins with an uplifting vinyasa practice designed to awaken connection within your mind, body, and spirit. Through intentional breath and flowing sequences, we open pathways for energy to move freely and for presence to deepen.

From there, we transition seamlessly into guided meditation, a practice of softening inward, where you are invited to listen, realign, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together, these practices create a full-circle journey that grounds, energizes, uplifts, and restores.
