Flow into Fall: Beach Pilates (laguna beach)

Join us for a 45-minute mat Pilates experience on the sand in beautiful Laguna Beach. As the season shifts, we’ll move together with intention—building strength, balance, and calm while surrounded by ocean views. Wear your coziest workout set or sweats and get ready to connect with both your body and an inspiring community.

OC is a community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. Guided by one of Pilates’ core principles, flow, we create unique pop-up experiences across the West Coast that invite you to move, breathe, and find your calm in nature.

What to Expect:

8:45a: Check-in & mingle with the community!

9:00a: 45 min Mat Pilates led by Flow instructor, Kenzie.

10:00a: Continue mingling with your community!

All guests will receive a swag bag filled with our fave wellness goodies!

Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water, wear SPF & bring a hat and/or shades.
