Good Rhythms Women's Retreat

Join me for a day of connection, relaxation, expression, and rejuvenation. At the retreat, we will get to move, breathe, enjoy amazing tea and an organic lunch, sauna, get our lymph systems moving and get filled up with community. 

The day will look like this: we'll start the morning connecting over a warm cup of organic Maca Mocha tea! I'll teach you my special recipe. We'll then do a Mo Movement session beginning with breathwork and into a beautiful movement pattern that creates space for the heart, expression for the soul, wellness for the body, and connection with your maker or source. I have developed this movement pattern with elements from Chi Gong, dance, stretching & mobility work, and zone exercises. We will focus on lymphatic movement and health at this retreat, beginning with dry brushing and lymphatic drainage gua sha, followed by a steam sauna to detox and sweat. As we end the day, we will enjoy an organic lunch together to nourish our bodies and enjoy one another!
