Monthly Zen Den Restorative Yoga in the Salt Cave

Join a rotating instructor for our monthly Restorative Yoga session at the Zen Den in their Salt Cave!
Restorative Yoga uses a lot of props! One bolster, two blocks, & two blankets will be provided. Leave feeling relaxed & refreshed or go home & head straight to bed (we won't judge!)!
Yoga mat is optional with the salt flooring.
Goodie bags to continue the self-care evening will be given to each participant
*5 participants minimum to hold event
Events take place at The Zen Dens:

The Salt Cave is all the way to the right of the lobby!
$35 / $30 members
Policies:
Purchase only one ticket per student for events. Multiple tickets purchased under the same account name will reserve only one spot. Space is limited.
Special events require cancellation by email/text notification. Cancellations made 48 hours before the event start time will receive an account credit for the ticket purchase. Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of a workshop or event are not eligible for account credit.
