Join our monthly Women's Circle, a sacred gathering where women come together to connect, support, and empower each other while harnessing the energy of the New Moon. Just as women have done throughout history, we gather to share our truths, heal, grieve, and celebrate our shared experiences as women.

Katharine's yoga and meditation journey started over a decade ago with her practice continually evolving to support her through life's ups and downs, remaining a deeply spiritual and grounding force in her life. She strongly believes that yoga can support us through the cyclical nature of life, supporting everyone in the right way at the right time, helping us to be in our bodies however it feels best.
Katharine is interested in lunar wisdom, Tarot, nature, spirituality from Celtic traditions of old, and she weaves these threads into her classes. Expect classes mixing asana, meditation and pranayama. Katharine trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Well Woman Yoga Therapy and Yoga Nidra. She is also a qualified Intergrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a therapeutic practice in South East London.
