Plant-Based Cooking Classes

Back by popular demand, the Croydon SDA Health & Lifestyle Team are excited to offer plant-based cooking classes. Participants will have the opportunity to cook healthy and delicious dishes, and receive information about the ingredients we use.

We would love for you to join us! Whether or not you are a plant-based eater, you will enjoy learning how to cook these wholesome recipes. Classes will take place each month from 7pm-8pm on a Thursday.

How Does It Work?

• Step 1: Choose the classes you would like to attend by registering for £5 on Eventbrite. Please note that the deadline for registration is 1 week before the day of the class.
• Step 2: Attend the classes in person to learn step-by-step how to cook tasty and nutritious dishes.

During Each Session Registered Participants Will

• Receive information about the health benefits of the ingredients we use.
• Learn how to support the improvement of common lifestyle diseases.
• Take part in preparing and cooking food that you can taste and share with family and friends.
