Pottery for beginners.

During this 4 week Introduction to Pottery, participants will learn many of the hand building techniques such as the pinching method, slab building and coiling.

We will also explore many of the surface decorations and glazing techniques which will be applied to the pieces of pottery.

We will have 3 making sessions creating pinch pots, vase or a dish , a mug, cups or jug

Week 4 will be a glazing session.

Monday 15th July, 22nd, 29th and 5th of August

The remaining amount of £ 114 ( £ 38 per lesson ) will be payable in week 1.

The course fee covers materials, glazes, a meal and drinks.

A home cooked vegan meal will be served at the beginning of each session.

Herbal teas/black tea and coffee will also be available if desired.
