These monthly gatherings are for those with some mindfulness experience who wish to deepen their practice in the company of others. Each month we explore a different theme through gentle guidance and shared reflections, offering fresh inspiration for your personal mindfulness journey.The sessions include guided meditation, opportunities for silent practice, and listening spaces where we can share from the heart and truly be heard. We close with unhurried time to chat over tea and cake — a chance to connect informally and enjoy the warmth of community.

This is a series of 4 and not a drop-in class. I encourage people to attend all 4 sessions.
