December’s theme, Sacred Completion, invites you to reflect, integrate, and honour the path you’ve walked throughout the year. As we approach the final weeks of the calendar cycle, this session creates space for closure, gratitude, and peace — allowing your nervous system to soften into stillness and your heart to align with what’s truly important. A time to rest, replenish, and prepare for a soulful new beginning.
Each month, Pauline will gently guide you through a 15-minute workshop where you’ll explore simple yet powerful techniques to support nervous system regulation and self-awareness — followed by a 45-minute group meditation to integrate and embody the teachings, all within the high-frequency field of the Scalar Room.

Our Scalar Room uses scalar energy and bioscalar technology to create a deeply coherent and regenerative field.
