As we approach the final weeks of the calendar cycle, this session creates space for closure, gratitude, and peace — allowing your nervous system to soften into stillness and your heart to align with what’s truly important. A time to rest, replenish, and prepare for a soulful new beginning.
Each month, Pauline will gently guide you through a 15-minute workshop where you’ll explore simple yet powerful techniques to support nervous system regulation and self-awareness — followed by a 45-minute group meditation to integrate and embody the teachings, all within the high-frequency field of the Scalar Room.

Our Scalar Room uses scalar energy and bioscalar technology to create a deeply coherent and regenerative field.
