Our next Self Care Circle will be held on Wednesday 10th December at Gather Wellness in Corrimal.
Join me for an evening of Self Care 🙌 This circle will empower you with tools to support your own health and wellbeing. As well as offering a unique opportunity to experience a group Kinesiology balance and Reiki clearing meditation.
You will leave with a balanced nervous system, a complete energetic reset, restoring hormony & resilience along with the joy and interconnectedness that comes with sitting in circle with your fellow humans. 👫
EVERYONE IS WELCOME 🫶
No prior experience of Reiki or Kinesiology needed.
