An Expressive IFS Support & Learning Group For Helping Professionals

Clinicians, Coaches, Teaching Artists and all Helping Professionals that have an interest in learning Expressive IFS are welcome. Expressive IFS is Adrienne Glasser's combination of IFS parts-work with the creative and contemplative arts such as: somatics, movement,role-play,art-making, writing and experiential buddhist meditation practices.

This support group for helping professionals will allow you to get your own support in addition to learning Expressive Parts-Work (ExIFS). Through somatic movement, role-play and IFS constellations we will support the parts of us that can be isolated in our practice in a caring community interested in practicing Self-growth for those we serve and for all parts of us.

Expressive IFS Professionals Group

This group is designed for helping professionals who want to deepen their skills in Expressive Internal Family Systems (ExIFS) through experiential learning and community support. Clinicians leave not only with improved ExIFS skills such as the IFS steps of unblending & unburdening- but will also have the lived, embodied experience of ExIFS tools, and be ready to bring them directly into their work with clients with additional support for themselves during these challenging times.
