Gathering in a community in this sacred space to meditate elevates the experience and builds connection. Join us for mediation in the Reb Zalman Library, facilitated by Lori Dube. These 30-minute meditations consist of several minutes of guidance and teaching, silence, and optional sharing and the reciting of a healing prayer and Kaddish for those in need. Feel free to drop in once, or become a regular. No meditation experience is necessary.Zoom option will also be available. You will only need to register once to attend every month, but you are not obligated to attend monthly.
