Join us for a Monthly Healing Circle & experience Reiki and Kinesiology in a gentle group setting.

to release, restore and reconnect.

My first group Reiki experience changed the direction of my whole life.It was the first time in a long time that I felt truly seen, witnessed, and connected - to myself and to something greater that I couldn’t quite name at the time.

The combination of energy healing and sitting together in a shared healing space was deeply transformative.

That experience led me to become a Reiki Healer and Kinesiologist.It is such an honour to now hold this space for others, creating room for your body to soften, regulate and return to its natural balance.

We all have the innate ability to restore harmony within ourselves. Sometimes we just need to pause… and allow what’s beneath the surface to gently emerge and be released.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate and supportive, allowing healing to unfold in a calm and restorative way, so you leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected.
