Monday Morning Downtown Clean-up - 4/13 - FCRW Earth Month 2026!

Team up with the River Friends and join us for a short clean-up to kick off your week during Earth Month with a positive impact on our local waterways.

Meet us at the FCRW Office where we'll have a short safety talk and distribute equipment before we embark for our clean-up efforts along the Chemung River. We'll focus on various walkable locations in downtown Elmira. All materials will be provided, all you need is yourself dressed in weather appropriate clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty, and maybe a friend to help out too!

Registration is not required for this FREE event, but is greatly appreciated so we know how many folks to expect.

Our clean-ups are funded through various grants and sponsorships. Individual donations are not required but are greatly appreciated!
