Ready to level up your acro skills? We have a rotating cast of teachers ready to challenge and help you through higher level skills, tricky transitions, and longer flows.
Intermediate class: Must have vocabulary around acro. Static and transitional poses. See description at the bottom of the page.
DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL.
If you had covid recently, please wait until your are testing negative or past 10 days without symptoms.
We will continue to use air filters and leave our garage door open for ventilation as temps allow.
Class is capped at 18
