Come join Funday Acro's Thursday Level 1 Class!
Are you new to acro, or perhaps coming back to it after a bit of a break? This class starts from the foundations, emphasizing safety, proper techniques, and (of course) fun.
Find us on Plymouth Street across from Sierra Vista Park. You'll see the sign for Aikido of Mountain View.
Class is capped at 18
Time: 7:30 - 8:45

PREREQUISITES for Level 2 As of Feb 2023: You must know this vocabulary and be able to do most of these skills with at least 3 different partnerships.

-10 second Free shoulder stand (flyer's hands on base's forearms) 10 seconds
-10 second Reverse Star (any entry)
