Welcome to The Ameswell Hotel's Wellness Weekend! Join us on every 3rd Saturday of the month starting at 9:00 AM for a Yoga Wellness Class with Rejuv at Work. Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation with a yoga class designed to ignite your inner glow!

From 9am to 10am, come out and enjoy a tranquil yoga session on the lush hotel lawn, presented in partnership with Rejuv at Work. Strech, breathe, and find your center amidst the serene surroundings, as you nourish your body, mind, and soul.
