About this Event
A Space to Pause. To Soften. To Settle Within.
Stretched. Fatigued. That quiet sense of moving through life on autopilot.
It’s not just tiredness... it’s a nervous system that hasn’t had the chance to recover.
This is where Somatic Sound Therapy work offers relief. This session is an immersive, trauma-informed experience—guided by trained therapists—designed to gently support your body in releasing what it’s been carrying, at a pace that feels safe and attuned.
How Sound Bath Therapy Works
Using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the human voice, somatically-informed sound bath session helps the body shift from survival into restoration. It works across multiple levels of the mind-body system:
- : Sound frequencies reach the amygdala, brainstem, and vagal pathways—areas where trauma, grief, and anxiety often live beneath awareness. This creates a non-verbal bridge to healing.
- : Rhythmic tones help the brain synchronize into calmer, restorative states.
- : As the body and brain slow down, thoughts become clearer, more flexible, and expansive.
- : Because the body is mostly water, sound frequencies travel through tissue and cells, aligning organs and systems worn down by chronic stress. Ancient traditions recognize this as balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras). Yoga, in its own way, works on the same principle.
