About this Event
For the women who are used to holding it all together — and are beginning to realize that the way they’ve always done it may no longer fit.
Midlife can bring a quiet but powerful shift. What once felt manageable can start to feel heavier. The urge to keep pushing, keep pleasing, and keep meeting everyone else’s needs can become harder to sustain. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, many women find themselves wanting to reconnect with their own voice, needs, and inner wisdom.
The Power of Midlife Transition is a 2.5-hour supportive, experience-based workshop led by Diana Alvarado of Be Empowered with Diana and Christina Wong of Journey Back to Self. This evening is designed to help you better understand this season of life while also offering grounded practices for moving through it with more self-awareness, compassion, and support.
You’ll receive:
- A supportive space to explore the emotional and physical shifts of midlife
- Insight into menopause and the changes that can come with this transition
- A community-based experience to explore boundaries, self-honouring, and receiving
- Grounded tools and reflections to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom
- A gentle closing practice to support integration and calm
