About this Event
Bija Yoga Yin Yoga practitioner and teacher Deb Shaw will guide you through a 45 minute relaxing yin yoga class every Monday morning following on from our regular Monday OPEN class. What a great way to doubledown and ease into your week!
About your teacher
Deb has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years, after completing her first hatha yoga teacher training program in 2004 with her first teacher Acharya Upendra Roy in Pitt St, Sydney.
After completing her 200 hour Jivamukti teacher training in 2014, followed by a 500 hour mentorship with Bija Yoga Director Keith Kempis, Deb has continued to teach at Bija Yoga for over 7 years.
She has also trained with Biancha Machliss and Simon Borg Olivier, Katie Rose, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Sarah Owen, Mel McLaughlin, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Danielle Begg, Travis Eliot, Janet Stone and Lara Zilibowitz.
Deb is also a qualified Yoga Therapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher.
