Event Details:
• A 6 class bi-weekly series (with the option for drop-in).
• Class dates are 10-11 a.m. on Friday's: 9/12, 9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7, and 11/21.
• This series will focus on teaching awareness to our body and breath through games, stories, yoga poses, parent-child bonding exercises, and more.
• This series is best for children ages 2-4 (younger siblings are welcome!)
• Come as you are! We provide the yoga mats and class supplies.
• While the bonding opportunities in this series are priceless, the cost is $150 for the entire 6 week series, or drop-in at $29/class (plus applicable tax).
