Come enjoy a FREE inclusive wellness workout class promoting health through mindful movement—tailored for all bodies, ages, and abilities!
🕕Wednesdays 5:30PM-6:30PM

The purpose of this class is to get moving & connect! Each week, we’ll feature instructors with various styles of exercise.
Here's what you can expect:
1st Week of the Month: High-energy cardio classes like Zumba and dance-based workouts to get your heart pumping!
2nd Week of the Month: Low-impact practices such as yoga, gentle movement, and mobility flow to nurture your body and mind.
3rd Week of the Month: Fun & functional movements like dance styles, creative movement, jazzercise, and more—moving with joy!
4th Week of the Month: A rotating movement style each month for variety and excitement.
5th Week of the Month (when applicable): Family Night! Although youth are welcome every week, during these special weeks, instructors will specifically focus on family-friendly activities designed for all ages to enjoy together.
