Mom’s this is a night for you and your daugjter/daughters to join in a mindfulness of night of bonding and exploring the world of meditation and metaphysical. We can’t wait to see you! All ages welcome ! If you have a favorite mat, pillow , blanket, or crystal , please bring it with you to enhance your experience we will begin the evening with a guided meditation and flow into a sound bath with multiple instruments and whimsical sounds of nature. We will flow through all 7 chakras and enjoy a ceremonial tea. Please book early as spots will fill quickly! See you soon at the moon!
