Join Emily and her daughter Berit for a 30(ish) minute mommy (or daddy or caregiver!) and me yoga class! This class will introduce kids to basic yoga moves, and has interactive moves with adults. All ages welcome- from babies in wraps to big kids! There will be a healthy snack and drink provided for kiddos after class (let Emily know of any allergies!) and a free beverage for the adult!
Cost is $25 for adult + 1 child, each additional child is $5. You can pay on the eventbrite link, pay ahead at Warrior, or Venmo emilybarsness to reserve your spot!
