Move with Cass + Crisp & Green: Barre + Sculpt Class

Enjoy the best of both worlds with this mash up of two fierce class combos. We'll begin with a standard yoga sculpt class warm up integrating breath to movement while starting to incorporate cardio bursts and big movements to get the heart rate up. We'll then blend in the small, isometric movements of a standard barre class. The little movements that make you wonder where these muscles have been all of your life. Low impact options are always available. This class is accessible to all!
