Join our supportive postpartum program designed for new moms and their little ones. Led by Natasha Minas, Pediatric Physiotherapist and Registered Pelvic Floor Expert, this class combines gentle physiotherapy exercises with evidence-based pelvic floor and core recovery strategies. Moms receive personalized guidance in a welcoming group setting while bonding with their babies. Each session focuses on building strength, improving posture, and restoring confidence after childbirth — all while connecting with other moms who share the same journey.
