About this Event
Being a teen is tough—stress, friendships, and self-doubt can feel overwhelming. Join us for Unfiltered - an engaging workshop series designed for teens to explore and discuss various aspects of mental health and give you real-life strategies to handle it all.
Unfiltered includes 3 specific workshops and is open to high school students—join one, two, or all three! All workshops will take place in person at Riverwise Psychological Services in Barrie. Bring your coffee or tea, enjoy a snack (provided by us), and get ready to learn!
🔹 Workshop 1: Anxiety Hacks – September 27,10:00-11:30 a.m.
Tame overthinking, manage stress, and feel more in control.
🔹 Workshop 2: Social Survival – October 25, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Navigate friendships, drama, and awkward moments with confidence.
🔹 Workshop 3: Self-Compassion – November 22, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Silence your inner critic and build real self-confidence.
