Join us for a magical fall adventure where children learn powerful coping skills through creative activities and friendly Halloween fun! Our Pumpkin Power Workshop combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with fun seasonal activities.Your child will discover how to transform worries into friendly helpers, create colorful feelings monsters while learning to tame big emotions, and practice calming breathing techniques with adorable pumpkin props. These hands-on activities teach practical skills children can use at home and school while building confidence and emotional awareness. What your child will learn:
Creative worry expression and healthy coping strategies
Emotional regulation techniques through art and breathwork
Positive ways to understand and manage big feelings
Confidence in their ability to handle challenges
Each session includes family resources and take-home activities to reinforce the skills learned.
