10:30 Arrive, greetings and have a few minutes to get settled in with baby (blanket and a favorite toy are always a plus)
10:45-11:15 Yoga (babies needs always come first, so it is completely okay to take breaks as needed to nurse, change and comfort baby)
11:15-11:30 Community Time- Visit with other mamas and babes, pictures and playtime.
