Our Mountaingoat Yoga Mom2B Prenatal Series is back for 2026 and it’s an offering to truly honour every new mom-to-be!! Cindy will continue to help new mom’s create that ‘Yoga Toolbox’ for personal self-care and an emphasis on a thriving pregnancy!! There will be gentle and supportive asana’s for pregnancy at every stage… Including balance, strength, drishti focus, breath work, guided meditations and the addition of hot stones… More of a yoga ‘treasure chest’! • Session 2: Sunday, February 1st, 8th, ~ NO CLASS 15th for Family Day Wkd ~ 22nd
• NEW Time: 2:30pm-3:30pm
• Costs: $75/3-week session
