Contestants Rules• Chili Must be ready for 2pm.
• Contestants must have their station set up by 1:30pm at the latest
• 5L of Chili must be prepared
• Contestants supply own crockpot or heating source (no open flame other than sternos)
• Decorating your table is encouraged!
• 4oz bowls and spoons will be provided
• Your Chili will be judged on a criteria for smell, texture/presentation, colour, flavour, and after-burn.
• Your final score will be determined by the score card totals.
• Customers pay $5 to sample all the chili
The day of the competition the proceeds will go to the 1st place finisher
