Come join us for a fun and playful Mom/Daddy & Me Yoga session, perfect for bonding with your little one! Whether you have a baby or a toddler, this class is designed for both of you to enjoy together. We'll guide you through gentle yoga poses that you can do with your little one by your side. This event will be held online via Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. An invite will be sent to you shortly before the event. Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to connect with your child through yoga!

*Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.

*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.

*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.

*Students must sign the waiver form before the start of class. This waiver form will be delivered to your email or given to you personally for an in person class.
